Things you can do about night time waking
- Stop looking at computer or cellphone screens close to bedtime
- Don’t eat close to bedtime
- Don’t drink alcohol or caffeine before bedtime
- Stop lying down too much
- Don’t smoke
- Exercise and get fresh air.
- Program your brain for success.
