Things you can do about night time waking

  • Stop looking at computer or cellphone screens close to bedtime
  • Don’t eat close to bedtime
  • Don’t drink alcohol or caffeine before bedtime
  • Stop lying down too much
  • Don’t smoke
  • Exercise and get fresh air.
  • Program your brain for success.
