How to make some plans that actually help you to succeed.

One of the best ways to prevent the letdown effect from happening is to have a plan.

Once you lay out all the things you have to get done for other people and for other things. Now you’ve got to make sure that you plan for your self-care. 

Where can you get some movement in so you can release and reduce that cortisol?

Can you pre plan your meals or pre-prep those meals so they’re available? 

Finally, make sure you can create stress-busting holiday gatherings.
