Being intentional with your food and focusing on how it really makes you feel in your body can help you really become true navigators of healthful eating.

There are lots of things that we learn as we get older that don’t only serve our body in the right way. 

So during this Christmas week, focusing on the term memory and thinking about what really makes you in your body feel light-hearted about you then enable you to feel joyful about yourself.

 The more joy we feel in life, the less comfort we seek in our food.

Someday is not a day of the week.
