We create our own environment with our own self-talk.

We all have a level of self-care that really is our duty to take care of ourselves. Self-care is giving the world what is best for you, not what is left for you.

Maintaining weight.

You’ve got to take care of yourself. Your mindset. And your rituals and your habits in order to maintain any shift or body change that has occurred for you.
