Overcoming emotional eating is an essential piece of the health puzzle.
The truth is that emotional eating affects more than half of the population, leading to loads of shame, fear, guilt, obsession, weight gain and worse.
Remember our relationship with our food impacts our relationships in life. It can impact us at home, at work or anywhere in between. It is an ever constant and if it is not addressed it changes who we are and how we perform in life forever.
Falling into habits that harm us, is a symptom of something deeper – and since food is the great equalizer, it is a clue that cannot be ignored. Recognizing what drives emotional eating is a key to the door that locks so many away in shame, despair and overwhelm.
